5/1/2010Problems with BBC1 TV reception?
Due to a fault at Knock Ewart, the relay station which feeds Fairlie, BBC1 TV pictures are a bit variable and not up to normal BBC quality.
A further attempt is being made today to sort the problem but since the site is not very accessible and part of the repair would involve an engineer climbing an ice covered mast it may have to be delayed. Everything which can be done and is humanly, but not dangerously, possible is being done.
